The People of Our Maison
Our esteemed employees, from the skilled artisans crafting our masterpieces in the workshop to the sales teams who expertly narrate the stories behind each creation to our valued customers, are all trained in the intricacies of our corporate sustainability strategy and initiatives. To further ensure the adherence to our Responsible Jewellery Council Code of Practices, this training framework is subjected to continuous review and oversight, affording our teams the opportunity to receive additional education in areas of raw material procurement and other key risk areas. To guarantee that each and every division is fully aligned with our sustainability goals, we have established internal committees and working groups composed of artisans, workshop managers, and directors. These committees are tasked with scrutinising current procedures, recommending innovative solutions, and sharing their collective knowledge and best practices across the organisation.

Everyone at KC is trained in numerous operational and managerial skills. These include corporate sustainability, health and safety at work and other fields, as well as a number of artistic crafts specialities, which are intended for Artisans working within the luxury jewellery workshops and sharing their knowledge between different generations.
